Sea Horses- 1989-1992

The superb archival diggers at Goaty Tapes have unearthed the output of Sea Horses, a turn-of-the-'90s Manchester group whose obscure self-released cassettes and micro-run vinyl spanned a fertile 1989–1992 window. Bridging primordial Slowdive-style cult worship with gauzy medieval UK folk sensibilities, the band weaves luscious twin-sister harmonies, gothy dream pop and New Age serenity into a work of mossy liturgical grace.
