Retreating to a Tascam Portastudio 488 to excavate a decade's worth of unfinished demos and tender sketches, JJ Weihl and John Moods, the Berlin duo once known as Fenster, made Dreaming for Miles while separating as lovers but not as artists, their Web 1.0 shimmer adding a sweet melancholy to their horizon shift.
