Anti-Westerns is the tear-in-my-beer cowboy variant of New York City’s art rock outfit Plates of Cake. Glass Bottom Boat Ride is the band’s new record out October 23rd with Western Revisions and the first single “Where People Are Happy to See Me” reflects the sounds of outlaw country and rural rock greats like Lee Hazlewood, Marty Robbins and the 4-track Portastudio wizards Tommy Jay and Bill Fox.
