Shoulda Been: An Imaginary Soundtrack for Stranger Things Season 2

By this point, all have had ample time to binge the newest season of Stranger Things, the nostalgia-soaked supernatural television series created by The Duffer Brothers. The new season's soundtrack is composed by synth wizards Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein with companion tracks from the 80s interlaced throughout the nine episodes. The Bon Jovi, Duran Duran, and Devo chart toppers showed a neglect for the boundless leftfield, minimal synth, New Wave, and darkwave tracks that could have contributed to the ambiance of the show's characterization and atmosphere.

With that said, enjoy this playlist of songs we wish had made the final cut.
